Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unworn condition.
- Tags must still be attached.
- In its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship your return.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item with its original tags and packaging. Mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request.

Refunds
Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via Standard Shipping once the return is received and processed. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
