Shipping Policy
We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Every order is carefully handpicked and inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our high standards.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Dresses, Tops, Matching Sets, and Outerwear. We want you to love every piece you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original, unworn condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- In its original packaging.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- All sale items.
- Bottoms (for hygienic reasons).
All sales on these items are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship your return.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item with its original tags and packaging. Mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via Standard Shipping once the return is received and processed. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
