• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4.4 Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unworn condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Sale items
• Bottoms (hygienic reasons)

All sales on these items are final.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. We will provide a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item using a trackable service (return shipping costs are your responsibility)

5.4 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the new item via Standard Shipping once the return is processed. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
